    2020 Wheat Plots:

Due to the current pandemic, we will not be having an in-person wheat plot tour. You are welcome to visit the wheat plots and view the varieties on your own. The plot map and locations are below. We hope to record a Sedgwick County Specific Variety Discussion with K-State Specialists to provide you with information on wheat varieties in the plots. Information on that will be posted here when it is available. Also listed below are several virtual wheat events you should check out.

    Programs We Offer

We provide a variety of information, classes, workshops and demonstrations for agriculture producers large and small with the goal of increasing production, profitability, and environmental protection. Many of our agriculture programs are held during the late fall and winter. Generally, field tours are held in the spring and summer.

    How May We Help You?

Having issues with a crop field? Bring us a sample plant to look at, or have us come take a look! Need a soil sample? We will gladly send your soil sample to the lab, write recommendations, and discuss your results with you when we get them back! Not sure what to feed your livestock? Give us a call! We can work with you and your goals to develop a ration that will meet the nutritional needs of your livestock.
